Yes. Although each package includes a private room for one traveler, participants may choose to share a room. Sharing does not change the package price; each traveler must pay the full package price and be individually included on the registration.
Yes, children may attend, however all children under the age of 18 must be registered with an accompanying adult and there is no separate child price. Each child must pay the full package price and be individually included on the registration.
Yes. Every person traveling must be individually included on the registration, including children and travelers sharing a room. One registration form may include up to three travelers, but complete information and payment are required for each person.
No. No. Participants are responsible for purchasing their international airfare to and from Nigeria.
Everyone should fly into and out of Lagos and provide their flight details so transportation can be coordinated.
Participants may purchase a different flight, but they must arrive and depart within the ministry’s approved transportation windows to receive airport transportation.vc
Every traveler must have a valid passport before departure. A copy of the passport will be required for necessary arrangements in Nigeria.
Travelers awaiting a new or renewed passport may register and provide the copy later.
Yes. Every traveler is responsible for obtaining the appropriate Nigerian visa before departure. Visa fees are not included in the package price.
Yes. Visa assistance is available for an additional $600 per person and may be selected during registration. Participants requesting assistance must provide their passport and two additional passport photos.
